Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks a Sales Manager in Solana Beach, CA who thrives in sales and hospitality. You will generate revenue by developing client relationships, booking group and corporate business, and supporting hotel sales strategies.

Responsibilities include prospecting new business, managing accounts, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site tours, and coordinating with operations to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business.
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
