Dimension Hospitality in Austin is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, booking business, and supporting hotel sales strategies. You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach to help the hotel meet and exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities include generating new business through prospecting, managing existing accounts, preparing proposals, and representing the hotel at client site tours.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
