The Fundamentals For Success

We seek a passionate Sales Manager with results-driven focus and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will guide clients through their laser hair removal journey, create tailored treatment packages, drive revenue, and lead a team to success. The role offers competitive pay with a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years in a commission-driven environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strategic thinking and proactive client needs assessment
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of 2-5 employees
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Comfort with various computer systems and software
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Position Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets through established sales processes
  • Manage all sales cycle aspects—from consulting to closing and retention
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities
  • Deliver engaging consultations and educate clients about laser hair removal
  • Promote treatment packages using persuasive sales techniques
  • Seek client reviews and referrals proactively
  • Utilize financing options to enhance sales
  • Coach and develop team members to meet sales goals
  • Build strong customer relationships with world-class service
  • Address client questions or concerns about treatments
  • Maintain discretion with confidential information
  • Use computer systems/software for daily operations, scheduling, and sales tracking
