About this role

We are looking for a professional to lead our market expansion in America. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the enterprise sales cycle, and establishing a local partner ecosystem to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Track North American industry trends and competitor dynamics to identify actionable market opportunities.
  • Enterprise Sales: Manage the full sales lifecycle for major corporate clients, including prospecting, business negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Account Management: Oversee the delivery of service to key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive recurring or large-scale procurement.
  • Partner Development: Build a local partner network and represent the company at industry events and trade organizations to integrate into the local industrial ecosystem.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align market strategies and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Provide timely, data-backed feedback on local client needs to help refine product offerings and sales models for the North American market.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and report on performance against business targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the North American market. Prior experience in robotics, industrial automation, or complex B2B solutions is required.
  • Proven ability to handle cross-border communication and collaboration between China and North America.
  • Demonstrated ability in large-scale account management, complex negotiations, and managing client relationships at the corporate level.
  • Capable of independent project management, cross-departmental resource coordination, and achieving sales KPIs in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Adaptable to startup culture, with a focus on practical problem-solving and meeting business deadlines.
