Sloane Honda in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our high-performing dealership at Bustleton and Haldeman Avenues.

The role drives new car volume, profitability, and a performance-driven sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. It requires proven dealership leadership and a passion for excellence, with responsibilities from sales activity planning to closing deals with Finance alignment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Automotive Sales Management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, desking tools, digital retail platforms, and inventory management software.
• Proven ability to close deals and drive results.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize all sales activities for the New Car Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and TRAIN the sales team.
• Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions to establish a positive relationship.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and days’ supply.
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
• Ensure that salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives.
• Assist sales people in customer interactions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
• Work closely with Finance department to optimize deal structure and closing performance.
• Assist new car sales associates in closing sales as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
