Job summary

Sloane Honda in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our brand-new, top-performing service department. The role requires prior dealership experience and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency being a plus.

Daily duties include reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, recommending services, and promoting parts and accessories. You will manage warranty repairs, drive service sales, and contribute to a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a dealership setting.
• Honda experience is a plus; Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend services to clients.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories by understanding product requirements.
• Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles per specifications.
• Dealership experience, strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction are expected.

Job Description
