Luther Automotive Group is seeking a Service Admin/Advisor in Minnesota to be the first point of contact for customers, handling repair orders and estimates. This role welcomes candidates from customer service, retail, or hospitality backgrounds and offers a commission-based annual salary in a busy dealership setting.

The position operates Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed, and offers full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.

• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently

As an Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in customer service and creating repair orders and estimates for vehicles. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

This is a Monday through Friday position - Saturdays as needed for coverage

$60-90k/year (Commission-Based)
