The Westin Nashville is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow group business and nurture client partnerships. You will lead the full sales cycle, from inquiry through event execution, while collaborating with Event Management and hotel operations to deliver exceptional experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, soliciting, and securing group business opportunities while building lasting relationships with clients and partners. Through a consultative and service-oriented approach, you will maximize revenue opportunities, exceed sales goals, and deliver exceptional experiences from the initial inquiry through event execution.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and a commitment to delivering service excellence. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
