The Westin Nashville is seeking an organized Event Specialist to support our Events and Sales teams by coordinating group programs, rooms-only groups, internal meetings, and departmental operations. As an Event Specialist, you will play an important role in bringing that experience to life by supporting our Events and Sales teams in the coordination and execution of group programs, rooms-only groups, internal meetings, and departmental operations. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for assigned groups while providing the organization, communication, and follow-through needed to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. You’ll partner closely with Conference Services Managers and hotel teams to manage event documentation, systems, communications, and day-to-day details while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. As an Event Specialist, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the full group and events experience while helping create the effortless, welcoming service that defines the Westin experience.
