• Drive sales performance and profitability by overseeing daily operations, monitoring sales goals, and leading the team to achieve department objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by building relationships, addressing customer concerns, and supporting the sales team in negotiating and closing deals.
• Train, mentor, and support sales consultants to strengthen product knowledge, improve sales skills, and maximize individual and team success.
• Oversee the sales process and department operations while collaborating with dealership leadership to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership growth.
