Job summary

Symple Lending is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue, and foster strong client relationships. You will develop and execute strategic plans, lead a high-performing team, and ensure targets are met with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of sales leadership, a business-related degree or equivalent experience, and strong negotiation and organizational skills. Competitive commissions and health benefits are offered.

What You'll Do:

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental solutions revenue targets.
• Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Training and Development: Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
• Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges.
• Monitor sales performance metrics.
• Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
