Symple Lending is a fintech company in Irvine seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure timely processing of applications.

You will assist the sales team, communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email, and provide chat and phone support. The role focuses on resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role with chat and phone support.
• Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
• Experience in the debt settlement industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT, affiliates, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
