Job summary

AUTOMOTIVE NEWS in Southeast Iowa is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales team, develop staff, manage inventory, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will close deals, monitor leads, and collaborate with F&I and other departments to achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability goals. Compensation is performance-based, with income potential of $100,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership sales management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong closing and deal-structuring skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Understanding of dealership CRM and lead-management processes.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.
