Job summary

Top Property VIC in Australia is seeking a results-drivenSales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team. You will set targets, mentor staff, supervise activities, and liaise with developers and channels.

The role requires 2–3 years in real estate, strong communication, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a valid Victorian driver's license. OTE 130k-150k AUD with base, super, commission and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience as a sales manager or team leader preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the company to develop and grow the sales team.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Supervise and assist team members to meet personal and team goals.
• Participate in relevant trainings.
• Manage relationships with partner developers and channels.
• Contribute to formulation of sales plans and participate in weekly meetings.
• Perform other sales and management tasks as required.

The Role

• Must speak fluent English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus
• Australian PR or Citizen
• Have Valid Victorian driver's license
