Job summary

Premium Production LLC in Utah is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business development and manage key customer accounts at our Hildale facility. • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in dietary supplements, food, or CPG manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• Familiarity with cGMP and FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work on-site in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships with supplement and wellness brands.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent, value-driven communication.

Position Summary

Pay: $25 - $30 an hour + performance-based commission
