Job summary

Premium Production is seeking a Blending Specialist to support our Hildale operations. The role involves receiving materials, weighing blends to tight specifications, and moving blend totes to the tumble room for consistent product quality.

You will safely dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and ensure proper labeling for transport. Expect to follow SOPs, complete sanitation checklists, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Dietary Supplements, Pharma, or Food) preferred.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Grinding Specialists to receive materials, weigh blends accurately, and verify weights against specs.
  • Move blend totes to the tumble room and operate mixing machinery to ensure product uniformity.
  • Dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and label properly for warehouse transport.
  • Follow SOPs and complete sanitation/cleaning checklists to maintain a sterile, organized environment.
  • Participate in daily drills and team meetings.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve communication and technical management abilities.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $23.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate with Grinding Specialists to receive materials, weigh blends accurately, and verify weights against strict specifications.
  • Manage the movement of blend totes to the tumble room, operate industrial mixing machinery to ensure product uniformity.
  • Safely dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and apply identifying labels. Ensure all barrels are wiped down and staged correctly for warehouse transport.
  • Strictly follow SOPs and documentation processes. Complete all sanitation and cleaning checklists to maintain a sterile, organized work environment.
  • Participate in daily drills and team meetings.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve communication and technical management abilities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be 18+ years old, able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Dietary Supplements, Pharma, or Food) highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP regulations preferred.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspaces and capable of following complex, data-driven procedures.

Pay: Hourly, $19 to $23 an hour
