Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a highly organized Sales Manager to create seamless, memorable events at one of Connecticut’s premier hospitality destinations in Hartford. You will coordinate private events, conduct site tours, and prepare proposals and contracts while ensuring flawless execution.

You will also create and communicate BEOs, manage timelines, vendors, and setups, and tailor menus, beverages, décor, entertainment, and AV to each event.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event planning or hospitality experience.
• Experience creating and managing BEOs.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Restaurant, hotel, catering, or venue experience preferred.
