European Wax Center is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic guest-centric team and drive membership, retail, and service sales in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will oversee daily center operations, coach a high-performing team, hire and train talent, create schedules, and deliver an elevated guest experience from check-in to checkout.

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

• Maintain inventory and ensure the center is fully stocked and operationally ready

50,000 - 55,000 base pay, plus up to 15k in annual bonus potential.
