Job summary

Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help lead a high-energy team. The role is sales-driven, with a generous base rate plus commission potential and bonuses, and a strong focus on guest experience.

You will support the Center Manager in daily operations, coaching staff, ensuring exceptional service, and driving financial results while upholding our core values and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Sales background is strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and upbeat demeanor.
