Job summary

Regency Furniture is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead a high-energy showroom team while continuing to drive personal sales. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching, customer service excellence, and closing opportunities to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work with the Sales Manager and Store Manager to boost performance, foster teamwork, and uphold a customer-focused showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong interest in developing leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, self-motivated, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Continue personal selling while supporting the sales team on the showroom floor.

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our dynamic showroom floor. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you will continue to build your own sales while taking on additional responsibility for supporting and developing the team. This is a commission-based position with a forgivable draw based on the applicable minimum wage.You will lead by example—excelling in direct guest sales while coaching team members, assisting with closing opportunities, and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and Store Manager to drive sales performance, support the team, and help create a positive, competitive, customer-focused showroom environment.We believe in promoting from within and giving high-performing team members opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities as they grow.CompensationApproximately $60,000 average first-year earningsUnlimited commission potential on personal salesMonthly bonus opportunities on personal salesForgivable draw based on the applicable minimum wage for hours worked.
