Job summary

Regency Furniture is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead on the showroom floor, balance personal selling with coaching, and partner with the Sales Manager to drive performance.

This hands-on leadership role is commission-based with a forgivable draw; top performers can earn six figures, with bonuses and store incentives in Maryland. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Continue personal selling while supporting the sales team on the showroom floor.

• Share product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Help create a positive, competitive, customer-focused showroom environment.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you will continue to build your own sales while taking on additional responsibility for supporting and developing the team.
