Job summary

Regency Furniture, part of Regency Management Services, is hiring a Furniture Sales Professional in a commission-based role with a forgivable minimum wage draw. You’ll help customers select furniture, mattresses, and home decor while building lasting relationships and achieving strong earnings.

No prior furniture or sales experience is required; paid training and coaching are provided. The position emphasizes energy, people skills, and ambition in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Comfortable with goals and performance-based earnings.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, promotions, and financing options.
• Stay current on product knowledge and design trends.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Contribute to overall store sales and team performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
• Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperwork.
