Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $120,000 USD annually (includes quarterly and annual performance bonuses)

Company Overview

iKrusher Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales team at our Littleton, Colorado location. This role is responsible for setting short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating sales programs, and implementing product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and revenue potential.

The Sales Manager will report to the Branch Manager – Colorado and play a critical role in expanding our customer base, driving sales performance, and helping the branch achieve a monthly revenue target of $1 million USD. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching to maximize results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits, tracking progress toward sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends
  • Generate and close new business through cold calling, emailing, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Supervise, mentor, and train sales representatives

Operations & Sales Process Management

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, including IN/OUT status and inventory tracking
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution in alignment with ERP systems
  • Ensure all invoices are verified and payments deposited promptly
  • Enforce pricing and sales protocols across the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in expansion, product development, and strategic business discussions
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and individual coaching sessions
  • Identify hiring needs and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Support employee morale and foster a results-driven culture
  • Help develop staffing strategies and sales budgets

Job Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager role
  • Demonstrated success leading and motivating a sales team
  • Proven track record in managing KPIs, ROI, and sales performance
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel as needed and work occasional extended schedules
  • Experience in the cannabis or vape hardware industry is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Hands-on ERP experience preferred
  • Analytical thinker with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Punctuality and reliable transportation required
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days
  • Paid Sick Time and Vacation in accordance with company policy
  • 10 Paid Holidays per year
