Job Function- General:

  • Provides analytical and project support to Channel Marketing Directors for both OPM & Health Systems coveringkey classes of trade (IDNs, Acute & Childrens hospitals, ASCs, HIT, Onco, etc).
  • Ensure lifecycle management of strategic channel marketing materials for contract cycles or key programs
  • Support the execution of key marketing programs and initiatives that drive profitable growth.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration in all business areas.
  • Collect and help organize key data analytic reports to support business needs.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of launched programs that require continuous updates.
  • Support planning and execution for customer meetings, events, tradeshows, and presentations.
  • Support the review and approval processes for the development of new or existing updated marketing materials.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of marketing updates via customer or company portals.
  • Provide occasional support for other related marketing activities, as needed.

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Many of our customers and potential customers are in clinical settings, including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, and other health care clinics (hereinafter, “Healthcare Customers”). Vendor credentialing clearances include, but are not limited to, a national criminal background check, drug screening, and immunizations as determined by the vendors, which may include, but are not limited to, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, and COVID-19. You must fully comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Customers in your region, including any necessary proof of any vaccination.
