Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for ergonomic office chair products
• Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, dealers, and retail partners
• Identify new business opportunities in B2B, commercial, and institutional markets
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for upper management
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on promotions and product launches
• Participate in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal closing
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Build and maintain CRM records and sales documentation

Work Hours and Benefits

The is a full time position and requires to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday and sometimes may work remotely as needed. Light travel (less than 20%) domestically and internationally may be needed.

Treasure Creek USA will provide annual salary (base + commission) range from $80k-85k. Treasure Creek USA will also provide competitive benefit including health insurance, dental and vision, holiday leaves, PTO, 401k, etc.

Sales Manager Qualifications and Skills

• Strong background in sales management of medium to large B2B accounts, preferably in office furniture, ergonomic products, or related industries
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Education and Experience Requirements
