Job summary

Texas Built Mobile Homes of Burkburnett seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and guide families toward suitable manufactured or modular homes across Wichita Falls, Lawton, Vernon, and nearby areas. You’ll own day-to-day sales on the lot and coach consultants through financing and closing.

You’ll drive showroom readiness, foster lender and partner relationships, and report progress to ownership. A proven sales leader with a track record of hitting targets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience in big-ticket retail or similar
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong people-management and coaching skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants on the lot
• Own the sales process from first walk-in through financing and close
• Keep inventory presentation and showroom-ready for all model homes
• Build and maintain relationships with local lenders and community partners

Sales Manager - Texas Built Mobile Homes of Burkburnett

Texas Built Mobile Homes of Burkburnett, a location of America's Factory Built Homes, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help more families across Wichita Falls, Lawton, Vernon, and the surrounding area find the right manufactured or modular home for their budget.

About the Role As Sales Manager, you'll own day-to-day sales operations on our lot, lead and coach a team of sales consultants, and drive results across our full lineup of Clayton, TruMH, Deer Valley, Athens Park, Timber Creek, New Vision, Champion, and Cavco homes.

What You'll Do: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants. Own the sales process from first walk-in through financing and close. Keep inventory presentation and model homes showroom-ready. Build and maintain relationships with local lenders and community partners. Track performance against monthly and seasonal sales goals, and report directly to ownership on pipeline and team results.

What We're Looking For: Proven sales leadership experience – manufactured housing, RV, auto, or another big-ticket retail background preferred. A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Strong people-management and coaching skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to work Saturdays, our busiest day on the lot.

Compensation & Benefits: base salary + commission, health insurance, 401k match upto 4%
