Job summary

ALA Renovations is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth across residential and commercial markets, and expand our presence in California. This full-time, on-site role is based in Burbank, CA.

The position offers a base salary plus performance-based commission, with opportunities to build client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and coach a high-performing team. Strong English is required; Armenian or Russian a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales management or related field.
• Hands-on coaching of sales teams.
• Excellent English; Armenian or Russian a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Experience in solar, roofing, construction or home improvement is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the California market preferred.

• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in the solar, roofing, construction, or home improvement industries is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the California market is preferred.
