$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Location: East Coast (Remote)

A leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance metal powders is expanding their Sales team and is looking for driven, collaborative professionals to join their mission.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying strategic sales opportunities and developing relationships that convert into revenue. This high-impact role is ideal for sales professionals with a passion for building commercial relationships from the ground up and who thrive in fast-growing environments.

The role offers the unique opportunity to promote a proprietary product with clear advantages in performance and sustainability, especially relevant to customers seeking to reduce carbon emissions while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive revenue from new and existing accounts
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through creative deal structuring and negotiation
  • Promote product and technology offerings to prospective clients
  • Build and manage impactful channel partnerships
  • Lead qualification, approval, and growth processes for new customer engagements

Required and Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience establishing and growing partnerships and securing initial product commitments
  • Technical knowledge in the production, design, or application of metal powders for additive manufacturing, including binder jetting, MIM, LPBF, DED, spray cladding, and other spherical powder uses
  • Familiarity with material application and qualification processes in industries such as aerospace, defense, space, medical, and oil & gas
  • Existing relationships with key players in the additive manufacturing ecosystem preferred

Desired Candidate Qualities

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional mindset
  • Experience using CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

Travel Requirements

Regular domestic travel is expected, including visits to customer sites, participation in trade shows, and meetings at company locations.
