ProSeal Basement Systems is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead its growing sales team. You will supervise all sales department processes and personnel while shaping strategic actions to stay the industry leader.

The ideal candidate has proven sales and marketing management experience, knowledge of construction and foundation systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and sales management.
• Experience in construction or foundation systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years in sales/marketing, preferably in management.

ProSeal Basement Systems is looking to hire a highly motivated and positive Sales Manager for its growing team.

• formulate and establish proposed courses of action to remain the best and most successful in the industry;
• enhance efficiencies within the company;
• increase company revenues.

The ideal candidate will have:

• stable and verifiable sales and marketing management experience;
• knowledge and experience in construction and foundation systems;
• proficient computer skills;
• strong verbal and written communication skills;
• and the proven ability to motivate, guide and direct a team to reach and even exceed business goals.

This candidate will preferably but not required, have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field and at least five years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in a management position), or an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in sales and sales management.
