We're Hiring: Sales Manager at Infragrow (Commission based Job)

Are you a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build high-performance sales teams from the ground up?

Infragrow is building cutting-edge AI infrastructure for businesses—starting with real estate—and we're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead, scale, and energize our cold calling operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Hire, train, and manage a team of cold callers focused on B2B outreach
• Develop sales scripts and training materials tailored to our AI-powered service offerings
• Monitor performance, set KPIs, and continuously optimize outreach strategy
• Lead by example—actively jump in to set and close deals
• Manage daily performance and track commissions, bonuses, and pipeline metrics
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and sales scaling

Compensation:

• Commission-only to start, but extremely scalable:
• Earn 50% commission on any client you both set and close (typical deal size: $500–$3,000)
• Receive 10% override on all commissions generated by the cold callers you manage
• Unlock bonus structures and incentives as team performance grows
