Job summary

Pacific Office Automation in Baker City, Oregon is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced office technology sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in copier/printing/office technology, is goal-driven, and passionate about developing sales professionals into a high-performing team.

You will coach a growing sales staff, set performance standards and sales goals, and drive branch growth while ensuring profitability and strong client relationships.

Our fast‑paced sales office is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team.

Essential Job Duties

• Understand our products and provide the best technology solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–6 years of professional sales management experience.
• Previous sales experience in the copier, office technology, or printing industry strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
