Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process
• Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management

Your Schedule:

Based in the Charleston, SC office Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays

Pay:

Salary plus monthly commissions!
