• Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Your Schedule:

Based in the Charlotte, NC office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays

Pay:

Base salary plus commissions!
