Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Manager in Arlington, VA to drive hotel revenue by developing and maintaining client relationships, pursuing group and corporate business, and supporting sales strategies. You will conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful events and bookings.

Ideal candidates bring hotel sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, organized approach to prospecting and relationship

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business.
• Experience with CI/TY, Lightspeed, Knowland and Cvent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you generate revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, booking businesses, and supporting hotel sales strategies. You focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach to help the hotel meet and exceed revenue goals.
