Fun Town RV was founded in 2010 and has grown substantially over the last ten years. We currently have 14 locations and have plans to add several more in the next few years.

As Texas’s largest RV Chain, we provide excellent customer service and offer customers top RV brands for less! FTRV has a quality assurance facility where every RV we sell is put through a 100+ point inspection to assure that every RV meets our quality standards.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and has a passion for sales and customer service. While we will provide training on the RV industry and our proven sales system, you must bring enthusiasm, drive, and a commitment to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  2. Implement and promote our structured sales process.
  3. Motivate and coach sales professionals to enhance performance.
  4. Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  5. Maintain a hands-on approach, engaging directly with customers and closing deals.
  6. Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline the sales process.

The position is "hands on" and requires an individual who enjoys interacting with the public, who can manage and believes in a structured sales system. We offer career growth and high earning potential for talented, career-driven professionals.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. High school or equivalent.
  2. Prior management experience in an RV or automotive dealership is required.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the RV or automotive industry.
  4. Proven track record of managing high-volume sales and achieving performance targets.
  5. Experience in finance and F&I processes is a plus but not required.
  6. Strong leadership, training, and team development skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
  7. Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured sales approach.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and general computer skills.
  10. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.

  1. Verifiable track records, impeccable reputation and exceptional training and leadership skills.
  2. Willingness to learn and promote our products and sales processes as well as be capable of effectively sharing and encouraging the same with their team members.
  3. Proven ability to work independently.
