Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia (West Chester, King of Prussia, Exton, Collegeville, Oxford). You’ll begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program develops skills in sales, customer service, operations, and leadership, with mentoring and a clear path to branch ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or Sports Leadership & Competition.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and build your team.

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
