Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program in the Montgomery/Bucks County area, including Lansdale, Doylestown, Souderton and Warminster. The program trains you to become a branch manager through hands-on learning, mentoring and community outreach.

You’ll gain experience in sales, customer service, finance and operations, with a clear path to leadership and advancement within Enterprise Mobility and its network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales, customer service, leadership, or similar.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in the Montgomery/Bucks County area within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to run your own branch and build a team.
• Develop customer relationships and contribute to sales, service, and community engagement.

This position is located at one of our offices within the Montgomery/Bucks County area, including but not limited to Lansdale, Doylestown, Souderton, and Warminster.

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
  • Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in the Montgomery/Bucks County area within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
