Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program, located at offices within the Montgomery/Bucks County area including Lansdale, Doylestown, Souderton, and Warminster.

The target compensation is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek, with a robust Total Rewards Package that includes PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, discounts, and a 401(k) with match and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality.
• Must have leadership experience in military, social, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in the Montgomery/Bucks County area within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales Management Training program at a local branch and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Graduate from the program with the ability to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while upholding a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
