Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for its Sales Management Training program in the West Chester/Chester County area. The role focuses on developing future sales leaders through hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement.

Starting day one, you’ll learn the business at a local branch, build customer relationships, and develop skills across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to eventually lead your own branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within last 5 years in sales & customer service, leadership, or sports leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for the Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will build relationships in the community to grow your own business.
• You will excel in customer service, sales & marketing, finance and operations with a culture of friendly competition.

This Sales Management Trainee opportunity supports our West Chester and Chester County market, including opportunities throughout West Chester, Exton, Thorndale, Kennett Square, Chadds Ford, Oxford, and surrounding Chester County communities. Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
