This Sales Management Trainee opportunity supports our Valley Forge and western Philadelphia suburbs market, including opportunities throughout Paoli, Wayne, King of Prussia, Phoenixville, Exton, Collegeville, and surrounding communities. Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
• Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
