Job summary

Consolidated Supply Co. is seeking applicants for their Sales and Management Trainee Program, which is an 18-month comprehensive training.

During the program, trainees will learn all business aspects including inside and outside sales, project management, and more. Candidates should hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and show leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or have a bachelor's degree in progress.
• Internship in Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Business Administration role preferred.
• On-campus leadership/management role or related extracurricular activity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the business during the 18-month trainee program.
• Work in warehouse operation, counter sales, inside sales, estimating, project management, outside sales, and branch management.
• Prepare for a future career in various sales or management roles.
