SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track future leaders.

The program provides hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources, with mentorship and corporate development initiatives. Participants gain experience across two branches, with potential advancement to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduation.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Develop leadership capabilities to progress toward Branch Manager and operations roles.
• Relocate for training across two branch locations and contribute to multi-site operations.
