Applicants should hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, and possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Holder of an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree.
• One year experience with Consolidated Supply Co. preferred.
• Prior leadership/management role or related extracurricular activity preferred.
• Must be relocatable within Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the business with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Participate in counter sales, inside sales, estimating, outside sales, and branch management.
• Prepare for a career as an operations leader.
