Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training program in California. You will start as MT at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while learning to operate a branch and grow a team.

You will receive structured mentoring, exposure to sales, marketing, finance and operations, and a clear path from trainee to branch leader in a culture focused on internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
