Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training program in Covina, Duarte, La Puente, and Glendora areas. The position is hourly at $22.58 with first-year target earnings around $55,773 and a 45-hour work week. Training, mentoring and internal promotion are core parts of the program.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in sales, customer service, or leadership, plus US work authorization and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in our Management Training program to learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at a neighborhood branch.
• Acquire skills to run your own branch and build the local business.
• Gain mentoring and hands-on experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations.
