Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program across Torrance, Gardena and Carson/Compton. As an MT, you will rotate through sales, customer service, operations and business development, with mentoring and a clear path to manage your own branch.

Starting at $23.28 per hour, with a targeted first-year pay around $57,502 and an average 45-hour week, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year in sales or customer service, plus work authorization to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop leadership and branch management skills to eventually run a branch.
• Build relationships in the community to grow business.
• Deliver excellent customer service and be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
