Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program across Lancaster, Palmdale, Santa Clarita, and Valencia areas. You’ll begin learning the business from day one, serving as both the face to customers and the backbone of operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and building a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Run your own branch in the future by cultivating new business and developing your team.
