Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. The program is structured to equip you with the knowledge and skills to eventually manage your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

You will receive mentorship and support, engage with the community, and build essential relationships. Training will cover customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing a customer-first culture and friendly competition to foster growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience or involvement in sales within the last 5 years, defined as commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g., serving, restaurant, retail, hospitality).
• If no sales experience, consideration given to 1 year of involvement in military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations within the past 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; no more than 2 at-fault accidents or violations in the past 3 years, with at least one falling off within 12 months of employment.
• No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
