Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. The program is structured to help you master skills to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will have opportunities to build community relationships vital for business growth. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience or involvement within the last 5 years in sales (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant, bar, or similar) with goals or bonus potential. If no sales experience, consideration given to 1 year of recent involvement in military, athletics, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with a good record; no more than 2 at-fault accidents or violations in the past 3 years, with at least one falling off within 12 months of employment.
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI within 5 years).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
