Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program is structured to help you master skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships essential for your success. Training will cover customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture promotes friendly competition, crucial for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
